A property company was running the day across a generic maintenance tool, email, and spreadsheets. That falls apart once people have different jobs, and no two buildings match.

OwlEstate is what the office and the caretaker’s phone both use: requests, tasks, who can approve what, and who is on site. OwlConcierge is the public site residents and the committee use.

One way of running the building. Each person gets the tool that matches the job they already do.

I start from the day as it is. Who does the job, what they use now, and where it breaks.

The software has to follow that. A tool built for a different business usually will not.
